Franklin heads up the entire PGC team and has been working in the business for longer than he can remember (we just think he won't admit to how many years he's actually been doing this stuff). Franklin has performed roles as Executive Producer, Producer, Director and Editor, but he still enjoys getting in the trenches and running camera from time to time, which keeps him abreast of the latest changes in field production technology.

Ken oversees all West Coast Operations and has worked in the entertainment industry since 1980. He learned the craft from the ground up in Chicago, then progressed quickly to become a multi-faceted talent. Ken moved to Los Angeles in 1985 and has worked on projects for ABC, CBS, NBC, HBO and most of the major motion picture studios. He has performed roles as Executive Producer, Producer, Writer, Director, Camera Operator and Editor.

Jim is a retired Naval Officer who learned television and film production while in the military. He has brought an invaluable mix of practical experience to the company, including logistics, site coordination, management and people skills.
